The construction of ecological industrial park indicates the ecological transformation and the construction of ecological model industrial park will be an important approach in solving the contradiction between economic development and resources and environment restriction for industrial parks and industrial clusters in China.Ecological industrial park construction is a successful exploration of implementing the scientific concept of development, an effective mode of new-type industrialization, is of great significance in solving structural and regional pollution, adjusting the industrial structure and layout, bringing about energy conservation and emission reduction, constructing economic resources, environmental friendly society.Based on ecological industrial park related theory research and summing up the experience of ecological industrial park at home and abroad, as well as on the basis of analysis and research on ecological construction advantages and restriction factors in the field of Shanghai Qingpu Industrial Zone (SQIZ), through ecological industrial development of the leading industry, pollution control and information integration, park resource intensive conservation and low carbon economy, key projects, investment and benefit analysis, etc, to do research about the ecological industrial park construction, which should have certain guiding significance and practical value to our nation’s industrial park sustainable development.
