In recent years, along with the insurance market in the main growing, especially the foreign capital insurance influx, the domestic insurance industry competition is intense with each passing day. The domestic insurance companies must strengthen the construction of core competitive power, can be in such a fierce competition remain invincible. Human resource is the composition of core competitiveness of factor of production in the most critical, the most active factor, the insurance industry is labor intensive finance service industry, how to establish a rational structure, high-quality personnel, and to maximize the ability and potential, improve the whole level of human resource management of insurance company, has become an insurance company needs the problem of first consideration. China Pacific Property Insurance Co Shaanxi branch (hereinafter referred to as the Pacific Insurance Company Shaanxi branch) is Taibao Group Property Insurance Corporation in Shaanxi Province, set up branch offices, in the new market environment, Pacific Insurance Company Shaanxi branch how to attract talents, retain talent, train talent, with nice talented person, how to optimize the human resource management mechanism, is the problems to be solved.In this paper, the relevant theories of human resource management are elaborated, the human resources management research at home and abroad are analyzed; secondly, through to the Pacific Insurance Company Shaanxi branch human resources management present situation analysis, find the problems, and analyze the causes; at the same time, according to the company human resources management problems, there of Pacific Insurance Company Shaanxi branch put forward human resource management optimization design, and points out that the scheme to implement specific recommendations, namely:reshaping the management concept of human resources, through the establishment of a new human resources strategic planning, optimize personnel structure, strengthening system construction, build characteristic enterprise culture in five aspects.The study shows that, this program helps the company out of the current difficulties of human resources management, at the same time on the establishment of the company human resources management mechanism and promote the company’s long-term development has important significance and reference value.
