The Impact Of Oversae Economic And Trade Cooperative Zone On China's Foreign Direct Investment And Export Trade

Under the background of economic globalization,the rising cost of manufacturing industry,the excess capacity and the frustration of export are restricting the development of China's economy and trade.As a new way of foreign investment,oversea economic and trade cooperative zone has a positive effect on China's foreign direct investment and export trade.Oversea economic and trade cooperative zone that predominantly established by department of commerce has become an important platform for Chinese enterprises to "go out" together,and carries on the"over The Belt and Road" strategy,becoming an important strategy for China.At of the end of 2016,China's enterprises abroad in 36 countries are constructing 77 oversea economic and trade cooperative zone with a total investment of $241.9 billion.On the theoretical level,this thesis combs and integrates the related theoretical researches on the oversea economic and trade cooperative zone.From the meaning,construction process of oversea economic and trade cooperative zone,studying the theory of foreign direct investment and foreign direct investment in the developing countries,combining with the current situation of China's oversea economic and trade cooperative zone' development under today's economic globalization,to explore the establish cause and significance of oversea economic and trade cooperative zone and finally set up a theoretical framework of oversea economic and trade cooperative zone construction.According to the recent data of oversea economic and trade cooperative zone,the four aspects that including the establishment of cooperation zone' general situation,establishing the way of investment' establishment,regional distribution and industry orientation comprehensively and scientifically present the development of China's oversea economic and trade cooperative zone.Analysing from the empirical level,this article through 2003-2014 China to 110 countries and regions panel data,with the classic gravity model,quantitatively analysis the impact of the construction area of China's economic and trade cooperation overseas on FDI and oversea economic and trade cooperative zone.The main conclusions of this thesis show that,first,oversea economic and trade cooperative zone can effectively circumvent the trade barriers,transfer excess capacity,and promote China's direct investment to the country in the cooperation area.Secondly,the establishment of oversea economic and trade cooperative zone will have a substitution effect on reducing China's export volume in a certain extent.According to the above conclusions,combining with the present development situation of China's oversea economic and trade cooperative zone,for the purpose of the oversea economic and trade cooperative zone's better development and to play a better role of expected strategy,this thesis puts forward several targeted recommendations:establishing oversea investment risk prevention warning mechanism,paying attention and recommending international talent.
