Development Strategic Of NanHai Branch Of ABC Bank

With the deepening of Chinese financial system reform the external operating environment of Chinese banking sector has been changed, the increasingly fierce competition in the domestic banking sector and the massive foreign banks entry make the changing of the external environment of Chinese banking sector. Now how to establish the development strategy in order to take full advantage of external opportunities, play internal strengths resources, enhance the core competitiveness is the urgent need to address the important issue of the NanHai Branch of ABC and this study purpose.Firstly, this paper introduces the theory of enterprise development strategies,and then introduce the economic and financial environment of Nanhai. Secondly, carring out a detailed analysis of the comprehensive competitiveness of the Nanhai Branch of the ABC, the overview is divided into the introduce of the Nanhai Branch, the real competitive analysis, the potential competitive analysis and internal conditions in four parts. Based on a detailed analysis of the external situation and internal situation of the Nanhai Branch of the ABC, this paper make a SWOT analysis indepth and comprehensive of Nanhai Branch, obtained external opportunities than threats, internal strengths at the conclusion of a disadvantage. Lasting, on the basis of the previous analysis, in order to ensure the smooth and effective implementation of the above strategy, restricting the comprehensive competitiveness of Nanhai Branch of the ABC, this paper make some suggestions, including optimize business system processes through improving organizational structure, strengthening financial product innovation, accelerating the development of information technology, and promoting the reform of human resources, improving the marketing system, comprehensively enhance overall competitiveness.
