Study On Competitive Strategy Of Gujiao Branch Of Agricultural Bank Of China

Has been an important part of the county "Blue Ocean Strategy" is the agricultural Bank Of China development strategy,in the four major state-owned banks,Agricultural Bank Of China up in the distribution network of the county,is of great significance to business development of Agricultural Bank of China County branch to enhance the competitiveness of the Agricultural Bank of China.Gujiao city of Shanxi province is a satellite city close to the capital city Taiyuan.Its economic operation characteristics are well represented in the whole county market,which is an important carrier of this paper.The financial institutions in Shanxi city of Gujiao Province on the financial market as the research object,from the Commercial Bank of the "three" index(safety,liquidity,profitability)of constructing evaluation index system of the competitiveness of commercial banks.Through the collection of data for each industry,the competitiveness of financial institutions are analyzed,in contrast to the process,the Agricultural Bank of Shanxi province Chinese branch in Gujiao City,the advantages and disadvantages of the competition,and put forward the Agricultural Bank of Shanxi Province,Gujiao City branch of the Chinese competitiveness lifting strategy.
