This paper discusses the Inner Mongolia area electronic banking development strategy planning theory, elaborated the electronic banking and electronic banking business characteristics and risk concept and the classification, then analyzes the electronic bank business development strategy as well as the theoretical basis for commercial bank electronic bank business development has a very important significance.
