| ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), being short for enterprise resourceplanning, is an important means for enterprises to strengthen managementinformation technology. It conducts the comprehensive management on the entiresupply chain mainly through using computer technology, reorganize the internalbusiness processes, optimize enterprise resource configuration, employtheideology on realizing the plan and controlling on what is happening to reach thegoal of refined production, and improve the comprehensive competitiveness ofenterprises.With China’s rapid economic development, the beauty industries usher inthe spring of their own development. However, the contradiction between theindustry’s continuous development and backward management system is moreand more obviously highlighted. It is crucial for the whole industry to enhancethe level of development, and to achieve the sustainable development throughutilizing ERP.In this dissertation, the introduction of ERP is exhaustively detailed, mainlyincluding the fundamental manageable idea and the status research home andabroad. Meanwhile it states the challenge and opportunity faced by the furtherdevelopment of cosmetology industry, with the manageable function to beimplemented.Based on the above the status quo, this dissertation analyzes the beautyindustry on the analysis of the ERP system, mainly including status about actualERP employment in our country and the problem lead to on the process ofoperation management. Considering the China’s beauty industry and stapleexisting problems, performing the requirement analysis is essential forcosmetology industry by adopting ERP system, with combination of their currentsituation. According to the results of the above analysis,this paper design functionalmodules of the ERP system in line with the characteristics of the beauty industry.At the same time, ERP system and the POS (Point of sale) system is integratedaccomplishing design on the whole pattern in the beauty industry ERP system.Then research is conducted in regard to protection mechanism for the actualrunning of the system, including the preparatory work prior to the implementationof the project, the management work on the process of implementation, thesummary and feedback on the final stage of the implementation, and riskprediction and responsible measures that may be present in the whole process.Finally, due to there no being such enterprise, which actually adoptes ERPsystem. So here pre-assessment on the implemental benefit for ERP is executed,following given assessment methods which can meet the the ERP assessmentrequirement and industry characteristics. |
