Research On The Formation Mechanism And Cultivation Paths Of Innovation Ability Of Strategic Emerging Industry

In a new round of technological revolution and industrial revolution, ourcountry speeds up the deployment of strategic emerging industry developmentstrategy, puts forward seven strategic emerging industry focus, relies on its andupgrading, and promotes the transformation of industrial structure. It is animportant way to realize the great-leap-forward development. The developmentof Innovation ability is the motive power of strategic emerging industry andsurvival, is the source of strength to realize its sustainable development.Emerging industry innovation capability is not only conducive to the promotionof the development of strategic emerging industries, but also has a strongradiation effect on the regional economy, national economy, and the internationaleconomy. It is also the effective measures and necessary means to promotescientific and economic development.Based on the summary of four characteristics in China’s strategic emergingindustry, including innovation technology guidance quality, high complexity ofinnovation, short innovation cycles and big innovation, my paper analyses themain influence factors of emerging industry innovation ability respectively fromtwo aspects of macro and micro. And in the systematic dynamics theory, theemerging industry innovation ability formed causalities are analyzed. Accordingto the perspective of industry life cycle, analyzing the laws of evolution ofindustrial innovation capability. According to the different situation of cultivatingemerging industry innovation ability, four cultivation paths are designed, such asleading enterprises lead type, major projects to promote, and technical standardtraction type and innovation platform to promote. On the basis of establishing the index system of the cultivation path selection, specific methods were proposed.Finally, under the guidance of the dynamic principle, two upgrade processes aredesigned, containing transforming process of the path of cultivation based onaccumulation industry innovation capability and the construction of the industrialchain. At last, taking Heilongjiang province new energy equipmentmanufacturing industry innovation ability as an example, empirical research iscarried out. Factors affecting the innovation ability should be found out, andinnovation ability cultivation path should be designed optimally.
