At present the urbanization in our country has made the certain development, but theurbanization development still lags behind the development of industrialization, there are a lotof women of surplus labor force in rural areas, and the transfer of rural women humanresource problems directly related to the development of China’s rural modernization andsocialist harmonious society’s achieving. China’s rural women human resources transferpresent unbalanced transfer characteristics in regional, how to develop the economic and ruralwomen human resources transfer to promote each other, and can not only through a largenumber of rural women human resources reasonable transfer to promote the development ofeconomy, but also by the development of the economy transfer more rural women humanresources, this is the current social development need to solve. The study of rural womenhuman resource transfer,making our country from human resources country develop intohuman resource power and promote urban and rural economic development, has importantpractical significance and theoretical value to achieve the comprehensive constructionwell-off society and the building of a harmonious society.On the basis of the related definition of rural women human resource transfer and thetheory, using social survey method and the case analysis, combining normative analysis withempirical analysis, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis method. Discussing thecurrent situation and problems of transfer about the rural women human resource in this paper,the influencing factors of rural women human resources reasonable transfer are analyzedfurther on, so as to put forward the reasonable strategy of the rural women human resourcestransfer, and in particular, this paper studies mainly embodied in the following aspects:1. The definition of the theory and connotation. The study defined the concepts andtheory that rural women human resource transfer related to, defined the interpretation of theconcept and theoretical based on the application.2. The research of status quo and existing problems of rural women human resourcetransfer. On the basis of the concept and theory of application and the status quo of ruralwomen human resource transfer, through the combing of literature and statistical data analysis, clear the present transfer situation and current existing problems.3. The analysis of effect factors of rural women human resources transfer. Based on theanalysis of the status quo, through the questionnaire and the analysis of the obtained data,analyzing the personal factors and social factors which impact the rural women humanresource transfer.Finally, according the analysis of the personal factors and social factors which affectingrural women human resources reasonable transfer, and put forward the suggestions of ruralwomen human resources reasonable transfer.
