China’s national economic development in the construction industry is one of the pillar industries. Rapid development of the construction industry promotes the development of our national economy. At the same time, the problems of building products have become obvious. These building product quality accidents can be attributed to the lack of the construction market credit through in-depth analysis. The quality and management ability of the project manager is crucial to the success of the project. At present, the Chinese construction Ministry constraints the occupation behavior of a project manager mainly by the professional ability test and occupation qualification grade. In recent years, various provinces and cities of our country’s are actively trying to establish employee credit assessment standards, which is suitable for their owm. However, these criterion are different and regional, so the accurate and authoritative of the evaluation report has been questioned, and been ignored by people.This paper attempts to establish a set of scientific and reasonable construction project manager occupation credit evaluation criteria, in order to promote self-management, self-restraint of the project manager. At the same time, it provides a basis for enterprises to choose the suitable project manager.At first, this paper analyzes the importance of occupation credit of a construction project manager. Construction enterprises should be based on occupation credit level to select the project manager.Secondly, this paper analyzes the project manager qualification standards and competency standards at home and abroad, and compare advantage and deficiency of various standards, then combined with the reality of our country, it sets up the index system of credit evaluation of construction project manager occupation."Both moral and ability, to moral for the first" is the primary standard to selection a project manager. The paper choose "occupation morality" and "occupation ability" as primary indicators to evaluate project manager occupation credit, then "occupation morality" evaluated by honesty, loyalty, integrity, justice, support degree, engagement, lightness, the confidentiality,"occupation ability" evaluated by the body health, psychology maturity and management maturity.Finally, the paper defines the evaluation criteria for each of the two indicators and Evaluation criterion of the occupation credit. According to the eight secondary indicators evaluation standard of occupation morality, we use360degree evaluation method to calculate the value of each secondary indicators, then use TOPSIS method to comprehensively calculate the eight value, at last get the occupation moral standard value of the project manager. The same way, we use geometric mean method to calculate the occupation ability level value of the project manager. In the end, the paper comprehensively evaluates occupation moral level and occupation ability level by TOPSIS method to get the project manager’s occupation credit degree and determine the project manager occupation credit rating. We use TOPSIS model to evaluate the occupation moral level and occupation ability level to calculate the project manager occupation credit, so as to formulate occupation credit evaluation criterion of the project manager.
