Business Focus On Applied Research In Industrial And Commercial Bank Of Jiangsu Province

Modern society has been achieved transformation from the industrial age to the information age. The concept bound by the traditional theory of bank management must be changed. Relationship between banks and customers have grown to a customer-centric age.The existing business processes have been suited to the new competition.Banking industry needs to improve its past business processes that themselves as the center.All the products and services must be adjusted to the core of the customer’s value. Banking process reengineering is a positive transformational measures made by the commercial bank to cope with this ever-changing business environment, and its essence is a converted bank business model.It is an important means of the bank to obtain sustainable competitive advantage. Banking process reengineering has a strong practical significance to the deepening of the banking reform and raising the level of bank management in China.Business centralized processing is the trend of the banking business process reengineering. It relied on advanced computer technology, in order to better serve our customers, prevent risks, improve efficiency and intensive management, implements a brand new business process model.Its essence is the reform of banking business process, and the business centralized processing is the most important part of the banking process reengineering.This thesis mainly studies the application of business centralized processing based on the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Jiangsu Branch.In a centralized mode of operation, through the business centralized processing center’s standardized operations of provincial branch, can achiev the purpose of reducing operating costs,controlling risks, and improving quality of service.First of all, from the analysis of the current business processes status and its malpractice of ICBC Jiangsu branch, elaborates the necessity of implementation of the business centralized processing.From forming dimensions benefit, with the help of system advantage, reference city branch’s construction experience of business centralized processing center and drawing lessons from domestic and foreign banks’s successful implementation of business centralized processing, demonstrates the feasibility of implementing business centralized processing in ICBC Jiangsu branch.Secondly, focus on how to implement the business centralized processing in ICBC Jiangsu branch.Plan and build a system architecture of business centralized processing center, and bring forward the Specific plan to implement business centralized processing center’s operations and management.Again, elaborate the benefits that can be generated by implementation of the business centralized processing, analyze the problems still exist, and summed up measures to solve these problems. Point out the focus of future work.The innovation of this thesis:There are lots of existing research of commercial banking business process reengineering. But these studies focus on theoretical research, do not combine with theactual situation. In this thesis, from the analysis of the current business processes status of ICBC Jiangsu branch, combined with my accumulated experience,discuss and analyze detailedly that how to build business centralized processing center in the levels of ICBC provincial branch,and how to optimize business processes.Outline the business centralized processing center’s overall architecture, focus on a certain degree of study of business centralized processing center’s operations and management.Hope to play a certain role to comprehensively establish a safe and efficient operation mechanism, improve efficiency continuously, optimize resource allocation, enhance service capacity in Industrial and Commercial Bank of China.
