| With the development of cloud computing technology and the arrival of cloud computing age, the application boundary of management software has been extended once more. Cloud computing gives a technical solution to massive parallel computation, data real-time backup, distributed storage, safety and reliability, and personalized application, allowing the supplier of management software to conduct a could computing service end model which is demand-based, reliable and cheap. The clients can choose from public clouds, private clouds and hybrid clouds for the most suitable application service. Besides, the receiving terminals are no longer limited to computers, devices like smartphones and PADs can also be used as terminals to receive cloud service, which indicates the realization of real-time for enterprise.Cloud computing is one of the major development industries of our country in the "Twelfth-Five-Year Plan". With the guide of related policies, many enterprises have begun to apply the cloud computing technology and provide cloud computing service based on their existing business model.As the largest management software supplier in China, UFIDA made a new strategy-S(management software)+S(cloud computing service)-to seize the historical industrial opportunity to make UFIDA the largest provider of cloud computing service in Asia and the global leader of this industry.This dissertation started from the history and technical revolutions of cloud computing and management software, and holds that the future development point of management software lies in cloud management software based on the technology of cloud computing. Then the author analyzed the external environment of UFIDA’s "S+S" strategy using the PEST model, and concluded that this strategy was externally fit. Based on the external analysis, the author analyses the internal fitness of the implementation of "S+S" strategy. The external fitness and internal fitness of UFIDA’s "S+S" strategy indicated the feasibility of this strategy. |
