Perfectly competitive market economy has been confirmed to us that only the development and growth of human capital is a key to business success. Innovation, Technology, Culture and everything is related to people’s growth and contribution. In order to achieve long term sustainable growth of enterprises, human rescores training has been raised up to strategic height by more and more enterprises. Designing training system to suit business, which allows training institutionalizes and scientific, improve staff initiative and make training tasks to be more clear and rational, reduce training costs and enhance work efficiency and training quality, reinforce the training performance to promote and realize sustainable development of enterprises.SunEdison China is a branch of an American based Group Company; who is a small and medium scale enterprise. Training to local staff is dispensable or did just for do. There has the typical concept error for training. In my study, through questionnaires to collect data for reflection of Company training status, summarize the unique strengths and weakness. Flowed put forward to the complete proposal of training management system. The training is to achieve regional company business goals, combined with company, organization and individual needs to carry out serious well planned and systematic activities for employees’knowledge, skills, working methods, attitudes and values. By using PDCA tools analysis to improve and adjust for curricula implementation and teaching method per each training program. Simultaneously, from aspects of budget management and risk control to point out that are high profitable and controllable, especially for the income of investment in key staff according to the80/20rule. At last, Kirkpatrick’s four level training evaluation models are applied to training outcome and routine work. On the basis of optimization proposal, further provide the suggestion of short term and long term to conduct company training mission gradually and orderly.
