High speed railway,as one of the new four inventions has been developed rapidly nowadays.As the manufacturer of high-speed railway turnout,talents show the great importance in fierce competition of the industry.During the enterprise development process,based on the HR strategy and the talent development strategy,enterprise could strengthen the training to solve the gap between current status and ideal status.To enable the knowledge,skills,quality as well as the innovation of the employees keep pace with the enterprise development.Through the training,employees could master the knowledge of products and service,competent,agree the company culture and concept,cultivate the learning habit,adapt the requirement of company development and finally achieve the objective of the learning organization.This thesis applies for the training theory and analysis tools,to analyze and optimize the training system of Chinese New Turnout Technologies Co.,Ltd.,in order to assist the company to implement the training system,providing the important theory support and with great practical meaning.First of all,to state on the thesis background,home and abroad search status,content,method as well as the training theory.Secondly,to analyze the training status of Chinese New Turnout Technologies Co.,Ltd by applying questionnaire,to summarize the current training problems and the corresponding cause.Finally,to optimize the training system by applying PDCA cycle.To proceed the training request investigation via interview,questionnaire,performance analysis,carry out the training effect inspection by Donald Kirkpatrick model,then to make the summary and improve the shortcoming,then come to the next PDCA cycle.Furthermore,on-boarding training for new employees is designed again,meanwhile,to achieve the win-win of enterprise and employee,the training system should be close combined with the employee career.Additionally,several supporting measures are put forward to ensure the smooth implementation of the training system.The achievement of this thesis is to optimize the training system of Chinese New Turnout Technologies Co.,Ltd.,to support the training work in theory and practical and enable the valid implementation.Furthermore,it is also be the reference for same industry.
