A Company’s sale volume is getting growth year by year, which means the more and more orders come in from global customers. The order is the carrier of internal workflow in factory, the influence of order management will affect the entire procedure of production. Transforming the passive order implement to project management, it uses the concept of project management to manage the daily order that help improve effectiveness. Through the change on concept of management and flat management hierarchy, the efficiency of communication and employee’s enthusiasm have been improved. The corporation division is clearer and executive force is also stronger. Therefore, the On Time Delivery is getting better with high response, that all bring a good rating on customer satisfaction.
