The order is the start of all work in a manufacturing enterprise; it is the carrier of internal logistics. The order management's effect influences the whole process of production, which will control the goal of the enterprise. The traditional production enterprises' order management is mainly based on the management of supply chain, which makes sure every link be fully "filled". But the enterprise is functional hierarchy system, which makes the order lack systematic planning, management and control during the implementing. Although local functional departments have high efficiency, the order often can't be completed on time, in good quality and budget. All these phenomenon will directly influence enterprises' normal operation in economic benefit and production operation. This essay will take D company for example to analyze the projectification management of production enterprise's order. It will be studied from aspects of process reengineering, resources organization, coordination and communication mechanism, performance management, and so on. As one private enterprise which has been changed the system from the State-owned business, the D company's order management is always following the traditional pattern. The operation effect is not very satisfied. In order to make further integration of the resources, improve the quality of order fulfillment and win the competitive advantage, D company decided to optimize the operation of the order, implement the projectification management beginning with Tiger product order. Tiger order implement a big success, which makes D company have a good start in the order projectification management. Through process reengineering, the company creates process mode which is suitable for order projectification operation, transferring the concern from local efficiency to the overall efficiency. The company rebuilds flat organization structure, reduces administrative hierarchy, which improves the communication efficiency, makes the work clearer and more specific. D company uses project management tools to arrange the order plan and implementation, which causing the plan to be more scientific, the control more effective, the effect more remarkable; it sets the Dispatching Center (i.e. Project Management Office) to manage the order management, coordinate the resource conflict of order projects, optimize resources and monitor implementation of the order project. All these to ensure all orders implemented in the managed state. Through the matrix organizational structure, D company combines the function management's specialized superiority and project management's system administration, enhancing scientific of the project decision and efficiency of solving the question, guaranteeing the effective implementation of order project. Through the participation of order project, the team enhances the professional quality, improves the communication and coordination ability, creating more versatile talents. Through the mechanism of project coordination and communication, projectification management displays the team member's work enthusiasm and activity, solves the conflict efficiency, and improves communication validity. The company must change mechanical examination method and find the most superior thought from system, take the team incentive as a major award and establish good environment for project implement, which can make project promoting harmony and let all the parties satisfied.
