Under the influence of the Internet "subversive" thinking,management mode and organization structure that is suitable for stable business process management has been unable to adapt to the fierce competition of diverse and complex needs.Project management has been recognized as a viable method of enterprise management,to bring more flexible market adaptability and innovation ability.Although some enterprises have already carried out the application of project management in recent years,but not many enterprises to conduct a comprehensive project management,and the construction practice of enterprise projectification management is still to be studied and popularized.In this paper,a toy trade enterprises are “Internet plus foreign trade transformation”as the research object,try to innovate the mode of projectification management of non-Project-oriented enterprises based on sales and service.This treatise studies the enterprise projectification management theory and the commonly used projectification management organization model,and analyzes the target enterprise operation management status,the operation management mode and the main problems and reasons.On the basis of this,the business process of the target enterprise is redesigned,and the process of the project management module is designed,and the project management process of the enterprise is constructed.In order to support the operation of the project management process of the target enterprise,this thesis proposed a bilayer matrix type enterprise projectification management organization scheme that embeds weak matrix project management organization into the functional organization structure of enterprise.After project management mode reform,the goal of enterprise projectification management and projectification management system are required.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the projectification management mode,this paper presents include project management skills training,management system revision and enterprise information system upgrade reformation of safeguardmeasures.In fact,this dissertation designs the overall solution of enterprise project management application for the target enterprise.
