Analysis Of Z Company's Foreign Order Schedule Management Based On Project Management

Textile and clothing is China's traditional labor-intensive export industry,which has always accounted for a large proportion of China's export trade.However,in recent years,the global economic slowdown,exchange rate fluctuations,high domestic manufacturing costs and other factors,China's textile and garment exports have declined continuously,the situation is not optimistic.In order to survive and develop,enterprises must make themselves more competitive,the urgent task is to improve customer satisfaction,because who mastered the customer,who mastered the resources,means to receive more orders.Order is the main carrier of enterprise sales and the main content of customer service.Order management is the extension of customer relationship management.It is an effective way to improve customer satisfaction.Taking Z company as an example,this paper analyzes the existing order management problem of Z company.Based on the concept of project management,it manages the actual foreign order of Z company as a project.Firstly,it uses network planning technology to analyze the order,find the key path,optimize the construction period and make Milestone Schedule Plan,and then to Z company.The organization structure and order management process are optimized by project so that schedule control can be carried out effectively.Finally,the project optimization scheme of order schedule management is compared with traditional order management,and the existing problems are summarized.Suggestions for improvement and improvement are put forward in order to achieve better order management efficiency and higher customer satisfaction.The technical methods of project schedule management are mostly used in complex and huge projects,and how to use related research in the daily project management of enterprises is not much.The project management model of the Z company's foreign order progress has a certain reference function to the similar enterprises of Z company,which is of great practical significance.
