As China’s economy has been gradually integrated into the world economic structure, competition among enterprises has become increasingly fierce, the enterprises need to face competition from the world’s outstanding enterprises, this needs to be upgraded to its own strength, in order to develop the As the more prominent the departure of the production problems, companies need to enhance their own strength focus. The high turnover rate of a company that may be relevant to the industry factors, but higher than in the same industry or even affect the conduct of the normal production and operation to the company, it is certainly the key factors of the company itself is the impact of employee turnover. By understanding the, M company production department employee turnover rate is high, the impact of the company’s normal operations, and for the stable development of the company at a disadvantage.
