The marketing strategy of Changsha Telecommunications CPN Abstract:The mergence of three networks refers to the mergence of telecommunications networks, Internet and broadcasting network, the Internet is the core. In the past3years, China has taken active measures to promote the mergence of the three networks. With the promoting of experimental works on the mergence, the business subjects of telecommunications and broadcasting market had made fierce marketing competition in "last mile". The CPN market is the competing core of various communications operators. To deeply study the current situation of telecom CPN marketing and improvement strategy, is conducive to Changsha telecom company in holding an advantageous market position, wining more services market of mergence; is helpful to strengthen and consolidate the control and management of the company’s full-service market, so that excellent domestic telecom operators position is established.This paper analyzed Changsha Telecommunications CPN market, and proposed marketing improvement strategies. Firstly this paper analyzed the history and current situation in CPN market:focus on analyzing the changes of market structure before and after the mergence of three networks; the changes of CPN market caused by the mergence; related policies of CPN, investment and construction situation, and restraining factors of market development, etc. Then the Changsha Telecommunications CPN marketing environment was analyzed. The competitors, policy factors, technical conditions and user needs are the cores. Finally, based on the incremental market and the stock market, three kinds of marketing models are put forward:focus on building distinctive CPN marketing model, then proposing the counter-measure to the various segment markets and the marketing strategies in different conditions and modes.At present, Changsha Telecom still has many issues in marketing of CPN, these issues directly affect the long-term development of Changsha Telecom. Based on the situation of Changsha Telecom Branch, combining with marketing theory analysis and empirical analysis of Changsha telecom companies, taking the factors affecting CPN market development as the guidance, this paper puts forward relevant countermeasures from the product, price, channel, promotion, public relations and government support, and hope to provide certain reference value for the CPN marketing of Changsha Telecom branch companies.
