The Internet of things is identified as the next industry revolution, followingcomputer, Internet and mobile communication, to change the shape of human life; itstechnology will evolve into a high-tech market with the scale of trillions of dollars, thirtytimes of the internet.The Internet of things has a large of application field, even though the Internet ofthings is still in its infant stage, there are some new technologies and applications shouldbe developed, but the speed of the development is very high, the industry and academiaare both researching the technology and exploring new applications with passions, andthey has achieved some encouraging results. Some technologies have been used intohuman’s everyday life, bringing conveniences to the production and life of human.The development of e-commerce which is developed on the basis of Internet just likethe Internet of things is very rapid in recent years, the development of e-commerce hasnot only related to the competitiveness of enterprises, but also relate to the country’soverall competitiveness, e-commerce has been becoming more and more important. Thedevelopment of electronic commerce more inclined to the direction of personalized,intelligent automation, virtualization and mobile-oriented development. The importanceof e-commerce has gained consensus, the emergence of new technologies of the Internetof things has brought new opportunities for the further development of e-commerce.Researching e-commerce operations and management model in the internet of things erahas practical application value.Firstly, this paper introduced the e-commerce and the Internet of things in terms ofbasic knowledge, including the e-commerce concept, function, research situation anddevelopment prospect and the concept, the related technology and the application fields ofthe internet of things.Then,in this paper, using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation methodto evaluate the comprehensive ability on the current electronic business operation andmanagement,put forward the comprehensive evaluation system design principles of thecurrent electronic business operation and management ability. According to thecomprehensive evaluation factors of the current electronic business operation andmanagement ability, setting the comprehensive ability assessment indices andconstructing the comprehensive evaluation system of the current e-commerce operation and management ability, evaluating the comprehensive ability of the current electronicbusiness operation and management from the information ability, the logistics capabilityand the ability to pay respectively. In the last, analyzing the results of the evaluation,according to the analysis of the results of evaluation, trying to put forward some solutionsto these issues from the network perspective,building M2Mplatform can solve creditproblem to some extent, using RFID technology for product quality regulatory can solveproblems out of product quality,using the Internet of Things technology canavoid some of the return phenomenon and solve some problems in the traditionalpayment, using Internet of Things technology can improve the logistics situation,andthen it can improve e-commerce operations and management level.
