| This thesis, based on the previous investigations, taking space enterprise as the research object and domestic and international theoretical basis and status as reference, made a deep investigation and analysis of the young team of science and technology of space enterprise by questionnaires, so that the factors that impede the staff potential can be found out from the analysis. Beside, a profound research is conducted to explore a systematic mechanism, under which proper methods and measures will be adopted to promote the overall capability of young staff.Firstly, facing the new situation and in view of the requirements for the research ability and scientific attitude of talents by the first-class astronautic enterprise, factors to impede the development of young talents are discussed according to the principles of talents cultivation and the importance of rapid enhancing of young team of science and technology is clarified.Secondly, the current problems and weak link of the young talents are analyzed based on the reality of the talent team building, therefore, a concrete working methods and measures are produced to advance the working ability and attitude of young talents of space enterprise in terms of the advanced experiences of well-known space enterprises and various departments of space industries. As a result, a solid guarantee is made to foster young talents, so that a dedicated, created and selfless team with firm political stance and strong academic ability can be formed and space cause can see a rapid development. |
