Application And Research Integrated Platform Of Electronic Banking Channels

With the increasing improvement of the electronic banking, presently in front of people is no longer a single counter and artificial service, non-traditional business such as ATM service, E-Bank, Mobile Bank, Telephone Bank has been more and more customer acceptance and use. Simple operation, quick processing speed is electronic system to bring people as the main facilities, but in all of this rapid development at the same time, different software company and the difference between different channels that banking development and integration becomes much more difficult.The result of this thesis aims to help bank integration between multiple channels of the business, to improve the business processing efficiency, to reduce the error rate of different system interaction process and to be able to make it easier to develop the business of banking. Many banks in recent years have gradually completed most of system integration between channels. The met some problems and future development direction are also that this paper will describe the important content.
