Because, the pharmaceutical enterprises in our country mostly adopts the traditional inventory control methods to manage the company inventory, the methods and strategies used by are relatively backward, there are serious defects. In addition, the company’s inventory management method is applicable to a single enterprise, failed to see company inventory issue from the supply chain, which is why it is difficult to advantage in market competition, enterprises must be from two perspective of companies and the supply chain inventory management for reform, foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses, improve the management level, eventually improve the whole efficiency of supply chain, this is the current inventory management research center.In this paper, the reality of pharmaceutical enterprise inventory management problems, reasons and the solution are analyzed and studied. This paper mainly used the analysis combined with empirical, to solve the pharmaceutical enterprise practical inventory control problems.This thesis is aimed at pharmaceutical companies inventory problems and put forward the optimization strategy research papers. In refer to a large number of literature theory about inventory and many pharmaceutical companies, on the basis of inventory management, applying the idea of supply chain and advanced inventory control methods, through the understanding of the kang pharmaceutical companies in-depth and investigation, from the status quo and problems of the pharmaceutical industry in our country, in the company and the supply chain under the perspective of in-depth analysis of the kang pharmaceutical company inventory management present situation, the existence question and the reason analysis.
