With the steady development of China’s economy, the construction industry, which is the pillar industry of national economy, arises a good momentum of development. However, there are still many problems exist in the construction market of labor services.Some unhealthy phenomenon:such as anchored, illegal subcontracting exist in the construction industry. The specialized labor subcontracting company with few number develops slowly and can not meet the requirements of the construction market. Furthermore, the low quality, responsibility and great mobility of labor workers also restrict the development of construction industry.Firstly, a comparative analysis of the labor subcontracting enterprises employment pattern, labor workers employed directly by construction enterprises and team of employment mode are conducted, then a conclusion is drew that the employment pattern of labor subcontracting enterprise is most favorable to improve supervision motivation of companies and working enthusiasm of workers.Secondly, game models are established between the "contractor" and the government, and between construction enterprises and government. Whether the "contractor" is willing to set up labor subcontracting companies, and whether the construction companies are willing to adopt labor subcontracting pattern are analyzed. The reasons of the slow development of labor subcontracting company are raised. Then, the relationship between the efficiency of labor subcontracting company, the quality, working enthusiasm, salary and labor cost of workers are analyzed, through the agency relationship between labor subcontracting companies and workers. Improving the quality of workers, increasing construction machinery investment and improving wage mechanisms, are conducive to establishing a win-win partnership. In addition, the loyalty between labor subcontracting companies and workers is analyzed through the game model between labor subcontracting companies and workers. A reasonable wage will reduce the mobility of labor workers. But high wage is not necessary to decrease mobility. Rational management system and excellent corporate culture also will increase the labor worker loyalty.Finally, according to the analysis, some suggestions to improve the employment pattern are put forward. Improving worker training system, increasing the access threshold for labor subcontracting company, reducing the operating costs of labor subcontracting company, using BOQ pricing model, establishing the construction market information systems, establishing scientific and rational management by labor subcontracting company and so on, are all helpful to regulate the labor employment system of the construction market.
