Research On Tianjin Construction Labor Market Management

In the process of construction industry is in rapid development, construction labor market is getting more and more extensive attention from the state and the society, and the construction labor subcontracting market have vigorously been developed and fostered all over the country. However, at present in our country the construction labor market, labor subcontracting market management are not mature enough. Many problems that appeared in the practical operation will inevitably impact on the development of labor subcontracting market. The study on construction labor management system has been implemented in this dissertation, which explains profound theories about the existence of labor enterprises' problems in Tianjin. It provides a good guiding for other local labor enterprises.First of all, we have researched the trend of domestic and foreign construction services enterprises. Domestic and foreign mainly focus on the current situation of the development of the construction labor market structure, and summarize the problem about the construction service enterprises. They propose solutions to the countermeasures in order to improve the labor management system of enterprises, and promote the healthy, stable, fast development of the construction labor market.Secondly, we summarize the current situation of Tianjin construction management services enterprises. We obtain first-hand information through the questionnaire and understand the specific development of information management in Tianjin labor service enterprises which have a scientific basis for the study of labor enterprise problems existing in Tianjin. With the aid of mathematical application of statistical analysis software SPSS19.0, we carry on processing of mathematical statistics analysis to get the scientific results, and provide scientific support for the problems.Finally, we conduct the research to construction labor market management system in Tianjin and take the construction industry labor service enterprises as the research object. We find that the current management system is not perfect. The root of enterprise development is management. The key to the future development prospects of Tianjin construction services business is the scientific, feasible, rational and valid management.
