Research On The Decision-making Of Cold Chain Operation Model For Shuanghui In Jiangxi

Since2001, China joined the World Trade Organization (WTO), The economy in China has entered the hot stage, with rapid development. Fresh products gradually enter into people’s life, meat acts as living necessity, its market demand continues to increase along with rapid economic development. Meanwhile, due to the characteristics of fresh product itself, people put forward higher requirements on food quality and safety issues. Cold fresh meat is circulating and processed in cold chain, which requires the external operating environment well. For manufacture companies, to build a complete system of cold chain logistics, it requires a lot of manpower and resources, and takes up most of the resources in the enterprise. On the other hand, the development of cold chain logistics in China is relatively slow now, there is a lack of hardware and software from the Third Party, which lowers the level of logistics service, still with some limitations. This situation relates to the decision-making of cold chain logistics operation mode for company. Many manufacture companies involves in the field of cold chain for without enough confidence to logistics services from the Third Party. However, due to the complexity of the construction of cold chain logistics system, but the business of cold chain logistics is not company’s core, it is often difficult to be scaled. In practice, company often has decision-making of cold chain logistics operation model from their own perspectives on development and economy. For the same enterprise, it will be distinguished according to the actual situation, this paper selects Shuanghui as the object for the study, the main reason is the unbalance problem of distribution of its manufacturing base and sale network in domestic. There is a big difference in the volume of business of cold fresh meat in all regions. Therefore, this paper selects Jiangxi Province as the object because it own less sale outlets and it is typical.This paper selects Shuanghui as the object for the study, combining with its development of cold fresh meat in Jiangxi Province, predicting market demand for its cold fresh meat, and analyzing the pros and cons of itself operation mode of cold chain based on the predict, then establishing a relatively complete assessment system, last, making the decision of cold chain logistics operation modle with FAHP.
