With the rapid development of China's economy,people's living standard has been greatly improved,and the dietary structure of residents has become more and more diversified.However,the limitation of fresh food,such as short shelf life has increased the difficulty of fresh food in storage and transportation,room temperature logistics can hardly meet the conditions of distribution for fresh food,at this situation,cold-chain logistics came into being.Cold chain logistics refers to the refrigerated and frozen food sales in the product ion,storage,transportation,and to all aspects of the consumer is always in front of the low temperature required to ensure food quality,reduce food losses in a system engineering.Compared with developed countries,C hina's cold chain logistics industry is still in its initial stage,the cold chain technology is still not perfect,the lack of the corresponding professional talent,which limits the development of China's cold chain logistics industry.Cold chain logistics enterprises have gradually realized the vehicle routing problem in distribution process in the distribution process is extremely important,not only related to the quality cost,fresh food,will also directly affect the customer satisfaction of service delivery.This paper mainly studies the problem of path optimization of fresh food cold chain logistics,research was carried out in the analysis of the concept and characteristics of cold chain logistics,summarizes the main problems of the cold chain logistics C hinese and the trend of development,after the vehicle routing problem from its definition,classification and solving method are studied in three aspects.The third part embarks from the research perspective,analysis is made of fresh food cold chain logistics in the process of transportation cost,loss cost and energy consumption costs,then combined with the reality of the situation to determine six constraint conditions in the model,and the establishment of the total economic cost minimization as the objective function mathematical model.The vehicle routing problem is a NP problem,and not through the effective algorithm to obtain the exact solutions of the fourth part of this paper introduces a kind of heuristic algorithm--ant colony algorithm to solve the problem,the algorithm based on ant group from the cave in search of food process,to achieve the optimal path search,path optimization and implementation the steps were studied on how to use the ant colony algorithm.Then,this paper selects a case--Teyide supply chain management company,the path optimization of fresh food cold chain logistics and distribution of the use of its actual distribution data of the company one day,through the use of MATLAB software programming,the optimal distribution scheme,and the actual delivery route with the company were compared to prove this model in terms of cost optimization is feasible and effective.Finally,according to the characteristics of the company and the Teyide C hina cold chain logistics industry development in the aspect s of the problem,put forward to improve the cold chain distribution system,strengthen the logistics cost control,strengthen quality management,promote the distribution center Teyide information distribution center construction,enhance the ability to respond to emergencies and to open up new markets six countermeasures and the measures to improve the efficiency of distribution,reduce the loss of the fresh food distribution process,reduce distribution costs,promote the development of China's cold chain logistics industry.
