The corn processing in our country, is turned from the primary products as starch, alcohol and feed processing to the main biochemical products deep processing to make the transition processing as lysine, modified starch, chemical alcohol and ethanol, the processed products have been widely used in food, medicine, automobile, textile, electronics and other fields. Value chain each link as long as it can get stable economic income, the value chain as a whole will remain in a stable condition. So a good way to value chain of profit distribution is crucial, on one hand it can be encouraged to actively into the cooperation of each link to produce more and better quality products, on the other hand can also reduce all unnecessary costs, reduce cost and improve efficiency.Fuel ethanol, as a kind of important biomass energy, gets more and more attention by people by its clean, renewable, and many other advantages, and has set up a energy field at home and abroad to become a research hotspot that has wanted to be "the oil era" of the new energy. Corn-based ethanol has its own particularity compared with other industry value chain:corn producers are independent, the production scale is small, the distribution space is wild, the distribution of fuel ethanol processing enterprises and a large number of corn farmers to establish a contractual relationship is very hard, and most companies choose corn grain collection to procure corn that lead to the corn production excluded out of corn-based fuel ethanol value chain; the scientific research input of fuel ethanol processing enterprise is insufficient, lack of professional and technical personnel, and some of the fuel ethanol processing enterprises are small, scattered, weak, processing enterprises as a whole the independent innovation ability is weak, lack of independent intellectual property core production technology; Fuel ethanol vendors using the advantage of directly facing the demanders to pricing for excess profits, it makes the whole value chain of corn-based fuel ethanol profit allocation mechanism is distorted. Therefore, this article takes corn-based ethanol for example, starting from the overall perspective of the value chain to analysis the value chain of fuel ethanol in Anhui province and surrounding areas of each link of the price formation process, and get that the overall profit is assigned to by what proportion respectively in the value chain of each link, and explains the causes of this unreasonable ratio, then through the Shapley value of cooperative mode distribution method to analysis how the size of the contribution degree of each main body participation in cooperation determines the profit distribution plan. Finally, this paper expounds the main research conclusion, and put forward the corresponding countermeasure and the suggestion.
