In recent years, the unprecedented development of private enterprises in China, but this corresponding work injury compensation issues are also increasingly prominent. The reason the one hand, government regulation is not in place, on the other hand is the weak position of workers, the boss give more consideration to their own money to protect the rights and interests of workers. Therefore, the development of private enterprises in China, showing matched with the legal system as constraints. At the same time, China’s private enterprises in labor disputes has become increasingly prominent, which is bound to affect the healthy and sustainable development of China’s private economy and social harmony and stability. Effective solution to the problem of private enterprises in China labor disputes should first insight into the status quo of China’s private enterprises labor disputes, and thus effective on the basis of respect for China’s national conditions actively learn from foreign experience, the government, business, trade unions, employees, other organizations related to the whole society members affirmative action, within its own terms of reference, the terms of reference to take positive and effective measures to promote the reasonable solution of the labor dispute and the construction of a harmonious socialist society.China’s private economy in a time of rapid growth, labor relations conflicts and controversies triggered by a variety of factors increasing part of or has evolved into a labor conflicts, social harmony and stability., The private economy has achieved rapid development, its role in boosting the national economy and the growing influence of an important driving force for China’s economic growth, but also to solve the main force of the labor force. Should also be noted that, due to the influence of multiple factors and constraints, the future development of private enterprises are still facing many challenges, one of the very prominent contradictions is one of how to treat and to address the growing number of labor disputes, In this paper, the causes of labor disputes analysis, it puts forward countermeasures to contribute to the creation of a harmonious society.The thesis is divided into five chapters, its logical order and arrangement:The first chapter is an introduction; Chapter Ⅱ describes the labor disputes in the status quo of China’s private enterprises, mainly from an overview of the stages of development, labor disputes characteristics to elaborate; first chapters analyze the problems of the labor disputes of private enterprises in China, and look for the problems generated by external factors and internal factors; Chapter wage and income distribution status quo of China’s private enterprises, wage and income distribution disputes reasons as well as social insurance disputes to elaborate; fifth chapter based on the previous content, combined with the reality of our country, namely the government and enterprise analysis countermeasures of Chinese private enterprises in labor disputes, and combined with the practical experience of Europe and the United States to deepen.
