In recent years,my country's economic system has been continuously reformed and developed,society is also undergoing rapid transformation and upgrading,and labor-management contradictions have become increasingly prominent.Especially in recent years,the self-protection and legal awareness of workers have increased.The improvement of national laws and regulations and the imperfect mechanism of labor disputes have led to a high number of labor dispute cases.Under the market economy system,the corporate management system is often easy to blindly pursue the company's interests,ignore the human needs of employees,and ignore the welfare of employees.Traditional labor disputes are handled by people's mediators for mediation or laborers applying for labor arbitration.However,in recent years,the types of labor disputes have developed complex and diversified.Simple people's mediation can no longer satisfy the current development of labor disputes.Shenzhen has created a new model of "corporate social workers + people's mediation" to intervene in labor disputes.The advantage of corporate social work is that it can assist clients to maximize their ability to use internal resources and integrate external resources to solve problems.In response to Shenzhen's transformation and upgrading policy,Shenzhen H Industrial Park has moved to suburbs and neighboring cities one after another,which is also a period of high incidence of labor conflicts.There are 5 social workers in the Harmonious Enterprise Studio in the park,whose main responsibility is to carry out activities and conduct people's mediation for the employees of the park enterprise.Based on the author's internship experience in the "Harmonious Enterprise Studio" of Shenzhen H Industrial Park,this research discusses and analyzes the status quo of labor disputes in Shenzhen,as well as the characteristics,causes and effects of labor disputes in H Industrial Park.And on this basis,taking the author's intervention in three labor disputes,Chen,Su,and Li during the internship,as an example,this paper discusses the difficulties faced by enterprise labor dispute cases and intervenes in enterprise labor disputes for corporate social work.The improvement of effective countermeasures and suggestions also provide a new perspective for corporate social work to intervene in labor dispute mediation.
