Research On Work Injury Compensation And Prevention In Engineering Project Under BT Mode

In recent years,the state has been promoting employment injury insurance in the construction industry for builders at greatest risk.It is an off-farm workers centralized area.The state has been promoting the general contracting of projects and the corresponding general contracting of various modes of operation has taken shape,in particular,the construction of the general contract contracting mode(BT)Model.However,the author found that even with the growing usage of the BT project,some aspects with regard to the work injury compensation and prevention and management do not thoroughly reflect the characteristics and advantages of this model,and there are still individual contracted projects of various types of work injury claims and prevention problem.Therefore,it is suggested that a scheme of work injury compensation and prevention management under BT model should be designed to raise the level of work injury compensation and prevention management in BT mode,thereby reducing the occurrence of work injury accidents,improving the utilization of work injury compensation and achieving the win-win results for the enterprises,employees and society.This article starts with the basic theory of work injury compensation and prevention,and analyzes the current situation and characteristics of work injury compensation and prevention management in WHX Company under BT mode step by step.Then,in accordance with BT model,it will put forward basic ideas in terms of the problems in work injury compensation and prevention management of WHX Company.Through the analysis of the overall problems and typical cases,we can catch up with the root causes of the problems and put forward the new ideas and concepts that can be applied to the cases related to the industrial injury compensation and prevention in the BT mode after the analysis and research.At the same time,we try to build the management scheme of the industrial injury compensation and prevention in BT mode,and discusses the implementation and promotion plan.
