A Research On ZhongGuanCun Software Competitiveness Industry Cluster

High-tech industry cluster is accompanied with economic globalization, has always been the concern of the theory and practice of community. Zhongguancun as the gathering place of the high-tech industry has formed a considerable scale industrial clusters, and play an important role in China’s economic development. The software industry as one of the high-tech industry, from generation to now, has been the Government’s attention. Since its inception, Zhongguancun has gain the support of government, but the global financial crisis in2008, affected the software industry to some extent. So, how to make the software industry achieve better development, and gradually enter the international market; how to maintain and enhance the competitiveness of the software industry cluster, and strengthen the Zhongguancun software industry in the international market. To this purpose, there is a need for in-depth analysis about Zhongguancun software industry cluster advantages,weaknesses, and the opportunities and challenges.the factors which have a strong competitiveness, which factors are not competitive, the former need to further strengthen and the latter need to continuously upgrade.First, the summary of the domestic and foreign scholars on the research of industrial clusters, and based on the theory of industrial clusters and competitiveness, to lay the foundation for further analysis of the Zhongguancun Software competitiveness of industrial clusters. Second, in-depth analysis of the status of the development of the the Zhongguancun software industry cluster, and use SWOT analysis strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of the Zhongguancun Software development of industrial clusters. Second, drawing on the research of other scholars about the competitiveness of industrial clusters evaluation index system, combined with interviews and a questionnaire survey, constructed competitiveness evaluation index system. Finally, summary the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges, and based on the survey results, propose a series of upgrade measures.
