The deep integration of the new generation of information technology and manufacturing is the development trend and inevitable requirement of the high-end equipment manufacturing industry.Under this,high-end equipment manufacturers,collaborators,suppliers,service providers and customers are closely linked,and the process of development,production and service of high-end equipment manufacturing life cycle is more closely coordinated,so collaborative production New manufacturing models such as manufacturing are on the rise.At the same time,the main manufacturers of high-end equipment have chosen to continuously consolidate the links with core competitiveness advantages,give up the functions of low value-added and homogenization competition,and seek to select external partners to build their own high-end equipment manufacturing synergy system.The manufacturer is only responsible for a few parts production tasks and assembly tasks,which significantly improves the efficiency of resource utilization.Therefore,it is of profound theoretical and practical significance to study the evaluation of external suppliers of high-end equipment manufacturing based on product life cycle management,and has gradually become the focus of scholars at home and abroad.This paper first analyzes the research status of domestic and foreign scholars in the evaluation of external suppliers of high-end equipment manufacturing industry,and summarizes the research directions of external resource evaluation selection model construction,external resource evaluation index system construction and product life cycle management.Secondly,according to the characteristics of high-end equipment external supplier evaluation,combined with its own practice and literature research,the evaluation index system of high-end equipment manufacturing external supplier based on product life cycle management is established,and its weight is determined by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.Then,the evidence reasoning method is introduced to construct the decision model of the external supplier evaluation choice.Finally,the application research of intelligent forging equipment enterprises is carried out,and the data calculation is carried out by IDS software.The total attribute evaluation value is obtained and the results are analyzed.Finally,the sensitivity analysis of the indicators is carried out.This paper provides a high-end equipment manufacturing enterprise with the idea of evaluating the external resources,and has certain reference value for the enterprise to build a collaborative manufacturing system.
