Present Construction Situation And Countermeasures Study About BenXi Iron And Steel Processing Industrial Park

The national important base construction of steel plate and high-quality sheet production has started with Benxi iron and steel processing (Qiaobei) industrial park; the industrial park is not only to improve the urban spatial structure, but also to promote economic growth. The planning study of current China’s industrial park is in the initial stage, with no specific fixed the planning process and results of requests, so research and exploration the development of industrial park is of great significance for improving the government regulation, promoting their own level of management, and solving the problems encountered in the park development.Benxi holds an abundance of mineral resource and is one of the first countries to build Industrial bases. The thesis studies how to use Benxi’s strong iron and steel industrial foundation to reasonably and effectively construct for Benxi iron and steel processing (Qiaobei) industrial park, discusses the concept of the park construction and development countermeasure..., which involved the construction of the key question, and probes into suitable mode for developing iron and steel processing industrial park in modern city.This thesis consists of five parts. The first part is introduction. The second part is the theoretical basis of Industrial park and its construction research. Compared with the Industrial park development at home and abroad, it emphasizes some theories we should follow during constructing industrial park. The third part is the status quo of Benxi iron and steel processing (Qiaobei) industrial park. Surveying about Qiaobei industrial park’s natural geography, advantage and disadvantage, opportunities and challenges, we specifically analyze and evaluate the present development mode of industrial park、key industries、infrastructure construction、enterprise development and land utilization. At same time, the thesis points out problems and causes existing in the construction. The last part is researching to take measures to construct Benxi iron and steel processing (Qiaobei) industrial park. Pointing out guideline and positioning analysis to the industrial park, it is important to put forward some strategies for industrial park construction.
