Study On The Optimization Of Rural Spatial Distribution Considering The Suitability Of Ecotourism

With the gradual advancement of urbanization and economic and social transformation in China,the spatial differentiation of rural areas has gradually increased,and the development of rural areas has shown a diversified trend.The state pays more and more attention to rural development,and puts forward the development strategy of vitalizing rural areas.Ecotourism and rural space layout are effective ways to promote the construction of new socialist countryside and rural revitalization,they are conducive to the sustainable development of rural society and economy.This paper takes Shilipu Township of Changli County as the research area.The spatial analysis technology of GIS was used to analyze the spatial and temporal changes of land use between 2004 and 2016.By constructing the CV-FCE model,evaluate the suitability of eco-tourism in Shilipu Township,and put forward the industrial spatial layout plan of Shilipu Township.Finally,according to the spatial and temporal changes of land use and the evaluation results of eco-tourism suitability,the rural spatial layout was optimized,the development measures were put forward,and the spatial development types of villages in the study area were delimited.The main results are as follows:(1)Shilipu Township is in the period of adjustment from traditional agriculture to economic agriculture,and land use has changed in 2004-2016.The area of cultivated land,forest land and transportation land in rural areas increased,while the area of garden land,other agricultural land,construction land,water area and unused land decreased.The land with the largest change in area is cultivated land,and the land use dynamic degree is 9.31%.The smallest change is forest land,and the land use dynamic degree is 0.05%.During the study period,the land use degree index of Shilipu Township changed from 247.05 to 250.41.The land use degree of each village in the township was different,and the distribution showed the characteristics of the southwestern part higher than the northeast.The spatial structure complexity and stability of each land type have some changes.The spatial structure of cultivated land,other agricultural land and construction land is becoming more and more complex and the stability is decreasing.The patch shape of garden land,forest land and transportation land tends to be regular and the stability is constantly improving.(2)As a characteristic town with tourism as the leading industry,Shilipu Township has certain differences in the suitability of ecotourism in rural areas.By constructing the CV-FCE comprehensive evaluation model,the ecotourism suitability evaluation of Shilipu Township was carried out from four aspects: ecotourism resources,environmental carrying capacity,tourism basic conditions and socioeconomic status.The 12 administrative villages in the township are divided into three levels: highly suitable,moderately suitable and generally suitable.Dongshanmazhuang,Tiaoziyu,Wanli and Xishanchang,they are highly suitable areas for ecotourism;Gengzhuang,Lingzhiding,Qinyinzhuang and Shilipu are moderately suitable areas for ecotourism;the there villages of Zhanggezhuang and Wangbeizhuang Village are generally suitable areas for ecotourism.According to the results of suitability evaluation,the spatial distribution of rural industry in the study area is divided into six parts: Putaogou zone,Xishanchang zone,Fenghuangshan zone,Zhanggezhuang zone,Wangbeizhuang zone and Shilipu zone.(3)Continuing the special development theme of "Grape Town" and optimizing the rural space layout of Shilipu Township.Using the "point-axis-area" industrial layout model,this paper puts forward a "two-core,two-axis and six-area" spatial layout optimization scheme from three aspects: industrial core,industrial axis and industrial area.It has built the core of Putaogou eco-tourism industry and Zhanggezhuang leisure agriculture industry,and developed the development axis of Shili grape corridor and the commercial development axis of Changlu highway.The study area is divided into six areas: Xishanchang Natural Ecological Scenic Area,Putaogou Eco-tourism Entertainment Area,Fenghuangshan Brewing Cultural Experience Area,Zhanggezhuang Ecological Farm Tourism Area,Shilipu Folk Leisure Resort and Wangbaizhuang High-tech Agricultural Planting Area.The distribution characteristics of each area are analyzed and the corresponding countermeasures for its development direction are put forward.In order to adapt to the development of various industrial areas,use the optimization method of spatial layout of " slice-type,multi-type",the villages in the township are divided into three types: perfect upgrade type,original site retention type,and relocation and integration type.This study can provide reference for the implementation of rural revitalization strategy in China,and provide evidence for the development of eco-tourism and the development and utilization of rural space in Shilipu Township,Changli County.
