Now, China is the world’s largest pork producer and consumer. With the new rural construction and the support of national policy, pig breeding industry has been developing rapidly, pig slaughter and processing industry has grown up, the pork industry, breakthroughs in the original native village organization, becomes has the implication of modernization and the development significance of the interaction of interest groups, the different segments of the producers clearly in pursuit of their own interests, at the same time the contract become the main way of each link, between the various segments of the industry chain participants in the negotiations are more attention to fairness, a different form of the interests of the community, the pig industry organizational level, social level has been greatly improved; a pig processing value-added, the establishment of quality traceability system, important organization carrier to enhance the level of food quality and safety, and leading the organization transformation of pig industry. Hunan province is a large province of pig breeding, Hunan in201180600000slaughter pigs, Hunan per capita pig output and export volume ranked first in the country, the top100counties in Hunan accounted for14of the national pig, pig production is an important source of income of the farmers in Hunan Province, the Hunan province farmer net income of32%from the pig husbandry, but at present Hunan pig breeding of "big market, small business, small brand" a very serious problem, strengthen cooperation between enterprise and supplier efficiency of existing upstream, is an effective way for the healthy development of the pig industry in Hunan. This research takes Hunan pig slaughter and processing enterprise perspective, to study the efficiency of pig slaughter and processing enterprises in Hunan Province, this paper is divided into five chapters:the first chapter:the introduction, mainly expounds the research background, purpose and significance, research review, research object and research ideas and methods at home and abroad. The second chapter:the basic theory. Brief review and comment on the existing research, defines and explains some basic concepts. The third chapter:the Hunan pig industry development status and the survey scheme design, the data from the field survey, this chapter focuses on how to carry out field investigation of Hunan pig industry were discussed, with emphasis on the methods of data collection, investigation object selection, survey design and survey questionnaire design and field investigation faces several problems a detailed description of. The fourth chapter:the construction and test of Hunan pig industry chain efficiency model. The fifth chapter:the conclusion of the study and countermeasure, make corresponding countermeasure in view of the research conclusion. In this paper, based on the use of structural equation model to the survey data of Hunan80pig slaughter and processing enterprises, empirical analysis of the relationship between influencing factors of organizational efficiency of pig industry chain in Hunan and among factors. The results show that:the efficiency of organization of Hunan pig industry chain is affected by many factors, the greatest impact is the organizational strength, followed by the cooperation intention, the cooperation ability. The article finally proposed to enhance the efficiency of pig industry chain organization.
