With the development of the process of urbanization and industrialization, the ratioof the secondary industry is increasing.The consumption of mineral resources isincreasing rapidly with the quickly development of economy,and our requirements formineral resources is increasing but the supply is not enough.With the increasing of ourrequirements for mineral resources, The requirements on Mining corporations is higherand higher.Critical Chain Project Method, a new management method of projectprogress, treats the resource restrictions as important as process logic, and can solveresource conflicts effectively and guarantee production plan scheduling of undergroundmine.By studying the characteristic of underground mining production scheduleprogram, this paper works out their rational time.According to research status of production plan scheduling of underground mineand project process management at present, the paper analyses project processmanagement at home and abroad as well as underground mining production scheduleprogram. On the basis of this, research ideas and methods are identified.Then bystudying TOC theory, critical chain method and methods of mine production schedulingand comparing critical chain method with traditional methods of construction progress,this paper draws the conclusion that critical chain method is more feasible andapplicable in underground mining projects with long production cycle and difficultconstruction. In addition, from the characteristics and construction process ofunderground mining projects, we discuss process goals, structure and affecting factors.On this basis, a critical chain model, which is compatible with production planscheduling of underground mine, is applied to determines element and implementationof models and choose the best method for determining key elements. At last,we applythe production plan scheduling of underground mine Critical Chain method model in aspecific example and compare it with traditional methods of construction progress, theresult of which shows that critical chain method can improve production planscheduling of underground mine.The purpose of this paper is to introduce a new way of schedule planning for theunderground mine production,and also to meet their demand in the rational time and thesustainable development.
