| With the development of national economy,the national and industrial demand is developint steadily and rapidly.Coal is our major initiatives to solve the shortage of electricity demand and supply contradiction currently and therefore the thermal power construction projects in our country also have sprung up.Thermal power construction projects with long construction period,investment amount and the construction of complex process cannot satisfy the requirement of electric power construction practice.And domestic electric power construction enterprise is accustomed to using traditional project management model to manage the project construction project.This old project management mode can cause a huge waste of electric power construction and reduce the construction quality.The construction period is also too long.Research on the advanced project management thoughts,methods and tools of thermal power construction projects is significant to solve this problem.Project planning is one of the core content of project management.Since traditional methods of project planning process are old and cannot reflect the actual engineering problems,the research on thermal power construction projects through the scientific methods helps to improve our country electric power construction project progress plan and control management level and is a very meaningful research subject.In the process of traditional project management,it is common that the engineering construction plan is different from the results of the case.The extended progress,severe budget overruns,the scope of the project,lack of key resources and information often occur between competing for resources.The main cause of these problems is the deficiency in the traditional project schedule management tool s,the ignorance of the role of human behavior in the project,less attention to the individuals and lack of overall control management and so on.Critical chain project management method is the constraint theory in the application of project management.Based on the basic thought and theory analysis of critical chain project management,an in-depth analysis on how to effectively apply critical chain to the project schedule management is studied including the schedule,buffer management and schedule control.This study uses whitenization weight function of grey theory to estimate the project period and buffer size calculation is given a more practical feasible solution,and aims at how to use the buffer to combine the project plan.And how the project schedule controls better is studied and evaluated.By using dynamic monitoring project progress at the same time,this paper monitors the project schedule and buffer,and schedule adjustments to ensure project execution according to the plan.This paper draws on the existing theory of critical chain by using project management related knowledge,puts together project schedule management models,adds the method and implementation steps of buffer management and carries on the proof using the instance. |
