With the arrival of the era of the information economy, innovation of knowledge and science and technology continue to accelerate, competition has become increasingly intense, environment faced by people in work and study has become increasingly complex. In order to meet society’s needs for increasingly diverse of people’s ability, personal needs to form teams to solve complex issues by building interdependent, interrelated and efficient team through collaboration, communication and incentive system. As a form of organization, companies must build efficient teams to adapt to the changing needs of the times in order to win in the fierce competition in the market.The paper analyzes the factors restricting efficient team building of A Company from the perspective of efficient team building, focusing on teamwork, team communication mechanisms, incentives and training system. The paper gives the means by which to build efficient team, such as setting common objectives, clarifying division of team members’ responsibilities, building equality, normal and efficient team communication mechanism, building effective salary incentive system and economic and non-economic incentives, changing the concept of training and increasing training efforts.
