Since the reform and opening up,Chinese enterprises have introduced and learned various advanced management concepts from abroad and developed rapidly in enterprise management.However,compared with foreign excellent enterprises,especially in team building,there is still a large gap.With the rapid development of economic globalization,the adjustment of national industrial structure,the reform of economic system and the transformation of economic growth mode,enterprises are facing more and more problems and deficiencies in team building,which brings great challenges to the management and sustainable development of enterprises.In today's society,human resource is the first resource to promote economic construction.In the final analysis,whether it is the competition of comprehensive national strength or the economic competition among enterprises,it is the competition of talents.How to deal with the changes of internal and external environmental factors has become an urgent issue for enterprises.How to connect excellent talents,integrate internal human resources,and build an efficient team will become the focus of enterprise management and sustainable development strategy,and will also become one of the key points for enterprises to stand in the market competition.This paper takes S company's efficient team building as the research object,summarizes the concept and characteristics of team,team building and efficient team building,introduces group dynamics theory and team development stage model,and uses literature research,field interview,questionnaire survey and other research methods to sort out the current situation of S company's efficient team building,and analyzes the existence of S company's efficient team building The main problems are as follows: finally,the countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of efficient team in S company are put forward.The researchers believe that enterprises should first pay attention to building a diversified communication platform,establish a clear communication system,pay attention to the efficiency of management communication,and strengthen the communication awareness of executives.Secondly,the enterprise should build a learning team and a diversified training mechanism to promote the enterprise to build a long-term learning mechanism.Finally,enterprises should improve the evaluation mechanism,improve the reasonable incentive mechanism,and establish an effective talent selection and retention system.This study attempts to provide a reference template for Chinese enterprises to build efficient teams.In practical significance,enterprises can take this opportunity to promote innovative organizationalreform,improve the development vitality and core competitiveness of enterprises,and provide a solid foundation for the accurate positioning of Chinese enterprises in the fierce market competition,so as to promote the rapid development of enterprises.In the aspect of theoretical significance,the combination of basic theory and research practice,the supplement of cases will help to further enrich the theory of human resource management in China,and provide reference for other enterprises in China to carry out efficient team building.
