As a pillar industry of the national economy, the real estate industry has experienced the stage of theoretical breakthrough,the stage of regional tryout, the stage of irrational hype, the stage of adoption and adjustment, the stage of relatively stable development and the stage of rapid development with lots of national regulation and control policy ever since year1978.The most severe real-estate market macro-control policies were announced in2010, and now, the real estate industry is experiencing a bitter chill. Under the circumstances, the real-estate companies are all facing more fierce competition, and they all need to re-consider their future development. The key to their success and survival is the continual improvement of their core competencies.Based on the ever-changing domestic real estate market environment and unstable world economic situation, this article focused on finding a way to help the real-estate companies to establish high-efficient marketing teams. It also mentions that companies should attach importance to the key points that affects the performance of the marketing team and establish team-performance system and team-incentive system, so that the risk of unsatisfied outcome can be avoid.This article puts all its research under the background of a real company case. By understanding the real-estate industry situation, the strategy and the organization status quo of real-estate company A, this article gives suggestions of how to establish and manage high-efficient marketing teams.
