Research Of Growth Evaluation Base On Harmonized Management Theory

The theory of enterprise growth has become a hot issue in the economics, many scholars had already researched on the growth factors from different angles and different fields. Based on comprehensive analysis of a large number of enterprise growth theory, this article introduce the subject of harmonious management theory to analyze the key of the enterprise growth factors.Through the in-depth study of the harmonious management theory framework system, we found if the harmonious management theory is combined with business growth theory dramatic results can be achieved, it can provide dynamical support for the growth of enterprise. At the same time, the main principles and elements of harmony management theory has a positive role to improve the core competitiveness of enterprise.On the basic research of enterprise growth, we set up a enterprise growth evaluation model based on the harmonious enterprise management theory and carry out An empirical study of this model. Meantime we puts forward the countermeasures of enterprise harmonious development in view of enterprise harmonious development problems. We carry out a quantitative analysis on the degree of harmonious growth through the model, hence allow enterprises to grasp its development status and find the defects of enterprise harmonious growth and according to the weights of evaluation indexes find a suitable solution to enterprise development decision scheme so as to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.
