The Operation Mechanism System Of Harmonious Foreign Enterprise Based On Synergy Innovation Networks

Harmony is the best condition for a company.It is the basis of development.Harmony is also the performance of inside and outside synergy.Coupling-relationshipresearch of Synergy Innovation Networks needs to be done for harmony.Theevaluation system of harmonious degree is strengthening the ability of synergyinnovation harmonious competitiveness.At the same time ensuring a bigger andstranger effect made by foreign companies in the whole economic system.China is a country that depends on foreign trade.The number of foreign tradecompanies are increasing.More and more general companies are expanding ininternational market and trying to one of them.Foreign trade companies have beenincreasing their prominent position amount three industries.However, many badelements are showing up.Such as the increase of interest conflicts amount differentgroups,contradiction between environment and economic trade,managementimbalance and etc.All these issues exacerbate the vicious competitions and hinder thesteps of opening up.On the other hand, the environment are more complicated andwidespread,and its upstream and downstream enterprise are more than wider.Besides,the management of foreign trade companies is more difficult and complex.Itsorganizational structure shows the networks feature.It is good for the development offoreign trade companies when using synergy innovation networks as a reference.We are using harmony theory and synergy innovation networks to study the innerrelationship between harmonious companies and synergy innovation networks.Wewill determine elements formulate an evaluation system of the harmonious degree andthe deep connection.Based on the synergy innovation networks we build aharmonious operating mechanism which is suitable to special characteristics of theforeign trade companies.We use ANP to build a network model and the grades madeby the experts to calculate all weight of index. At the end we set an example,we gaincomprehensive assessment of the harmonious degree and offer some significantrecommendations to the development of harmonious foreign trade companies.
