| With the population of Internet technology, more and more companies recognize the unique advantages of e-channels and have started to increase their benefit by using e-commerce. However, the coordination of e-channels and physical channels is a problem. Once electronic channels and physical channels have poor coordination, both of them may lose their own advantages, become enterprises’ burden and bring enterprise great losses.This thesis starts from enterprise X’s supply chain management status and problems, combines with multi-channel operation system to analysis the ordering strategy and build the model of multi-channel supply chain structure. This thesis describes the decentralized inventory strategy after enterprise X opened the electronics market, and proposes two different inventory strategies:Manufacturers centralize his own inventory to meet both electronic direct demand and traditional direct demand; Manufacturer and resellers centralize inventory in a central warehouse to meet the demand of all channels. Then the thesis uses the newsboy model to study the optimal inventory strategies of manufacturer and distributor, analyzes the effect of the demand uncertainty, and further analysis each variable parameters impact of supply chain. Finally, based on the actual situation of X enterprises, this thesis comparative and analysis of the different supply chain management strategy under the mode of operation, obtained the best inventory decision of X enterprise.This thesis reveals the reference value of different inventory strategies under the multi-channel environment for the enterprise and provides a reference of supply chain inventory management practices. The result verifies that it can effectively decrease enterprise’s inventory, to maintain the competitiveness and increase supply chain’s profit if enterprise chance inventory strategy according to the environment. |
