With the continuous progress of Internet technology,the development of electronic commerce is in the ascendant.In our country,along with the action plan” Internet +”,traditional industries have to seek deep integration with the Internet to expand sale channels and open new business models.In the emerging economy,traditional manufacturing enterprises and retail enterprises abandon single sale mode,and the construction of dual channel sales model has become a common phenomenon.The dual channel sale model can effectively improve the product permeability and expand the market share.But the market competition is increasingly fierce,the life cycle of products is shorter and shorter,and the uncertainty of customer demand is higher and higher.It is easy to bring risks such as backlog and shortage,and the complexity of business decisions is increasing,which requires a higher level of inventory management in the whole supply chain.Based on the above considerations,this paper studies the dual channel supply chain in the background of the Internet era,focusing on the inventory strategy and coordination mechanism of the dual channel supply chain.Firstly,considering a two level supply chain made up of a manufacturer and a retailer,from the perspectives of the manufacturer dual channel and the retailer dual channel,with the newsboy model as the framework,this paper establishes two kinds of dual channel types of centralized and decentralized inventory decision-making models.Secondly,by means of Matlab software,this paper solves the optimal inventory strategy under 4 modes.Finally,this paper introduces the revenue sharing contract to build a dual channel supply chain inventory optimization model and coordinates the dual channel supply chain.Then a comparative analysis is carried out and the validity of the supply chain contract is tested.The main conclusions of this paper include :(1)Centralized inventory decision-making of manufacturer's dual channel can make the whole supply chain system achieve the best,that is to say,the supply chain can realize the lowest total inventory and the highest profit level.(2)When making decentralized inventory decision,the overall profits of the manufacturer dual channel and the retailer dual channel are both at a lower level.The centralized inventory strategy is better than the decentralized inventory strategy to a certain extent.It can effectively resist the risk and reduce the cost in order to improve the profitability of the whole supply chain.(3)When making centralized inventory decision,the two types of supply chain have no significant difference in overall profit level.To the retailer dual channel,the profit distribution between manufacturers and retailers is quite different.An effective supply chain contract can be considered to achieve reasonable allocation.(4)Not only retailer dual channel making centralized inventory decision but also manufacturer dual channel making decentralized inventory decision,by using the revenue sharing contract,the overall profit of supply chain can make a growth,and the reasonable profit allocation between manufacturer and retailer can achieved.The contract also can provide the flexibility for the retailer and the manufacturer which are at different positions in obtaining related profits.
