With the rapid advancement of Internet technology and mobile electronic technology,wireless mobile communication network, presents the fast development: more generally, in thescope of applicability in function development become more and more perfect, the wirelessterminal represented by mobile phone has attracted more and more people pursued, wirelessnetwork technology to the work and life of people has brought great convenience. Of course,mobile e-commerce technology brings great convenience to people at the same time, but alsofrom the overall development of national economy and society. Under the promotion of theinformation technology, the society more prosperous, information communication plays a morefundamental role in the development of society and life, and ultimately promote the rapid socialand economic development in the technology. Following the2007financial crisis, a significantchange in economic strategy to adjust the direction of the developed countries is the economicentity and internalization, China as an export dependent economy export country, need totransform the traditional reliance on external demand and economic development mode,accelerate the strategic transformation of economic structure upgrade, which enlargedconsumption has become the consensus of governments and experts of management. As weknow, mobile e-commerce technology plays an important role in stimulating consumption,mobile e-commerce technology has infiltrated into lives of people, mobile e-commercetechnology to achieve a high demand to indoor shopping consumption, improve the consumptionconvenience of people, spatial selectivity and the feasibility of time shopping, provides thetechnical foundation for consumption demand of people, thus stimulating the consumption toexpand domestic demand and promote economic restructuring and upgrading, we can in theinformation technology upgrades feel it brings an important role in our society and country: withthe continuous optimization of the updating of information technology, from the beginning of themobile Internet, Internet of things, cloud computing and other business applications to remoteeducation community, network, electronic commerce, entertainment and other personalizedmuti-dimensional virtual reality platform, information consumption is rising constantly, steadilypush forward the process in the information technology, information consumption is growing fast.Mobile communication technology in China has experienced2G and3G era, ushered in the eraof the4G, e-commerce platform plays a more and more important role in modern economy. As of201312at the end of the month, Mobile phone users of China reached500000000,compared to the end of2012increased by80090000people, Internet users in the use of mobilephone Internet population accounted for more than2012by the end of74.5%to81%, mobilephone as the first internet terminal position is more solid [source China Internet NetworkInformation Center released the "thirty-third China Internet development status survey report"].This tells us China has strong potential demand of customers, a huge space for development.Facing the opportunity and the temptation of profit, in the current highly competitive economicenvironment, we can only take the initiative to develop more products to meet customer demanddifferences, providing the humanized service for the customer, in order to have a space for oneperson in the age of network economy globalization. However, as an emerging industry, themobile e-commerce still has many problems: Current Bit coin theft, online theft of bank fundsand many other cases suggests that there is a big security risk in the mobile operating system inthe terminal and payment platform. Many problems such as mobile network instability,inefficient business price competition have become increasingly prominent. We can see that thecurrent main areas of development is the entertainment, picture downloads, ring tones, gamesand inquiries. Larger field application of mobile e-commerce and its wider application value areno in-depth development and mining. According to the problems and issues in the developmentof mobile electronic commerce modeļ¼ŒThis article launches the research.This article introduces the basic concept of mobile e-commerce, and its foreign anddomestic developments, while the historical and current development of mobile networks areintroduced and analyzed. The mobile network from2G to4G at different stages of development,analysis of muti-angle from the technology and development of mobile electronic commercemode, according to the development of existing business, analysis of the existing businessmarket is immature, the business safety, to enhance mobile network instability problems andfuture development trend, especially for the upcoming4G mobile network are analyzed, theexisting mode of mobile e-commerce from the industry chain and technology is analyzed andstudied, combined with the existing business model put forward "innovation network businessmodel", and at the same time, according to some problems of existing mobile business modelanalysis in the proposed specific measures and suggestions.
