Supply chain brings not only competitive advantage to the enterprise, but also brings a lot of risk to them. Supply chain financial risk is an important part of the supply chain risk and the combination of the two big research directions which are supply chain risk and financial risk. The study on how to estimate the supply chain financial risk has important theoretical and practical application values to the identification, prevention and control of the financial risk.This paper analyzed the causes of the supply chain financial risk energy based on the Energy release theory. Considering the financial risk transmission mechanism and the utility of baffle, this paper improved the Energy Analysis Model. The index system of input date and absorption are built, Fuzzy Evaluation method and The Delphi method are used to assess the supply chain financial risk. This model not only reduces the missing data of financial risk, but also reduces the financial risk absorbed by the system, which provides reference for financial risk assessment.This paper not only provides research reference and theory reference value for supply chain financial risk assessment, but also provides realistic instruction value for the identification, assessment and prevention of supply chain financial risk.This paper researched mainly from the following several aspects:(1) Combing domestic and international research achievements through reading a lot of papers. The meaning and characteristics of the supply chain, the supply chain risk and the supply chain financial risk is cleared. Combing the theory of financial risk conduction, the factors and characteristics of the supply chain financial risk is cleared.(2)The paper regards supply chain as a system, from the view of the energy of the system. Considering the supply chain financial risk conduction, the paper divided supply chain financial risk into endogenous and conduction financial risk, and analysised their causes.(3) The paper improved the energy analysis model, and enhanced the applicability of the model to solve practical problems. Put forward energy analysis model assumption, definited the energy composition and expression of the energy analysis model, and proposed evaluation algorithm for energy measure.(4) Through combing the Delphi method and fuzzy evaluation method with the rough attributes discrete set theory and related methods, evaluate the endogenous and transmission financial risk based on improved energy analysis model. Through standardizing coefficient processing, evaluate the energy’s value of the supply chain financial risk and its nodes.(5) The example analysis showed the assessment process of the model in the practical application and its potential application value. The paper evaluated the results and put forward the corresponding proposal. In the end, the paper pointed out the limitations and inadequate and future research direction.
