A number of enterprises with advanced management have nearly lowered internal cost to the extreme. With the development of enterprise cooperation, supply chain management is attracting more and more attention.The thesis studies Sanyo Energy Co., Ltd and discusses the deficiency in the implementation of supply chain management in China; furthermore, it provides a set of solutions. It firstly analyzes the present situation of supply chain management in Sanyo Energy Co., Ltd.; secondly, it optimizes and integrates the supply chain in Sanyo Energy Co., Ltd from the perspective of supply chain management; thirdly, it discusses the major problems in the implementation of supply chain management in Sanyo Energy Co., Ltd; and finally it draws conclusions and points out what we should think more. The thesis aims at suggesting Sanyo Energy Co., Ltd to integrate resources related in view of global supply chain management, and to establish a suitable supply chain management and operation mode, in addition, we hope that it can provide some guidance for manufacturing enterprises in China. |
