The supply chain is more than one participating subjects, the complexity of themulti-link, multi-process network. In order to gain a competitive advantage in thecontext of today’s global economic integration, enterprise, take inventory reductions,outsourcing, seeking a single source of supply strategy to their advantage for enterprises,but also increase the risk of a supply chain.Air pollution of car is very serious for producing a large number of exhaust. Inrecent years, with soaring cars, serious impact of fog and haze happen in China. Withthe development of new energy vehicles, governance PM2.5, one of the effective meansof reducing air pollution. New energy vehicles as ten strategic emerging industries inJiangxi Province, occupies an important position in the national economy., JiangxiProvince, the new energy vehicles just entering the industry import of product technicalimmature, not high cost, lack of infrastructure, energy consumption is larger, longcharging time, but the main thing is there is big security risk, these problems have directimpact on the stable operation of the new energy vehicles supply chain.Jiangxi Province Science and Technology Innovation "six" project issued by theOffice of Jiangxi Province, strategic emerging industries, running analysis in2012,pointed out that the development of new energy vehicles and power battery industry andlack of competitiveness is not strong, weak anti-risk capability. This reflects the weakanti-risk ability of Jiangxi Province, the new energy vehicles supply chain, there arevarious uncertainties in the new energy vehicles supply chain, which will directly affectthe development of the new energy vehicles industry in Jiangxi Province. Based on this,the new energy automobile enterprises must manage supply chain risk, improve supplychain’s ability to resist risks.This paper first analyzes the structure and characteristics of the new energyvehicles supply chain in Jiangxi Province, Jiangxi Province, the new energy supplychain risk identification risk questionnaire, filtered and combined with the JiangxiProvince, Jiangxi Province, the new energy vehicles supply chain characteristics newenergy vehicles supply chain risk is summarized as demand, supply, cooperativerelations, manufacturing processes, logistics and external environment six categories, aswell as28small classes.Jiangxi Province, the new energy vehicles supply chain risk evaluation indexsystem is built according to the analysis identified the risk, Jiangxi Province, the new energy vehicles supply chain risk assessment model is constructed based on F-AHP;empirical analysis of the risk assessment model verified, Jiangxi Province new energyvehicles supply chain risk assessment, to draw the overall assessment of the value ofJiangxi Province, the new energy vehicles supply chain risk and risk assessment valueof the six categories. The results achieved by the Institute of Jiangxi Province, the newenergy automobile enterprises supply chain risk management has a certain significanceinfluence, and is an inspiration for the future in-depth study of new energy vehiclessupply chain risk.
